Got busted a few minutes after getting in the stand. A little too late getting in, I think. Doggone thing kept blowing and blowing,. letting everyone around know I was there.
My hunting buddy saw one at the feeder on the way in, and a buncha turkeys. The morning was cool in the 60s, but afternoon got to 95, and I couldn't bring myself to get out in the evening.

				Heh!
Translation follows:
A deer detected my presence, probably by smelling me, a few moments after I climbed up my ladder stand. It alarmed by blowing a loud noise, sounds like a woooosh. This lets all the other bambis in the vicinity know that something is up.

I've been wanting to catch a few engines, and mount them to an airplane.
